Julieta Arévalo Nonclercq – Sommelier – Cicerone Host Student - Level 3 Award in Wines – DipWSET Student – Level 1 WSET Sake->
With nearly 20 years in the F&B industry, I am a certified sommelier from ESHOB, currently pursuing the WSET Diploma and the Cicerone Host certification. My career began in the world of spirits with The Glenrothes in Spain.
Thanks to my studies in international trade, I have dedicated a significant part of my global experience to export, working in the EU and Asia for Viña Ventisquero. During the 2010s, I also represented wineries from both the New and Old World across these continents.
From 2020 to 2024, I worked for the multinational bioMérieux, specializing in biotechnology and microbiology, leading a project on quality control solutions for the beer and wine sector in the EU.
My journey continues to evolve in a career devoted to wine—one driven by passion, professionalism, and, of course, hedonism. Today, I organize tastings and events that promote wine culture and history. I love discovering new fermentation masters who captivate my palate.
